Drew Barrymore Breast Reduction Before & After

At the age of seventeen in 1992, Drew Barrymore wasn’t quite the star she is today. Many of the films that Drew Barrymore is currently known for are all films that she completed long after she went in for surgery.  The image of her today is based on the appearance that she had after the operation. Drew Barrymore was also experiencing many personal problems during her teenage years, and her insecurity about her bust size was probably just another source of stress.

When asked about her breast reduction operation, Drew Barrymore says that she is happy with her current appearance. Drew Barrymore talked about the back pain associated with large breasts, which is a fairly well-known problem. She also talked about how having very large breasts makes it difficult to find flattering clothes. Indeed, many shirts tend to have a tenting effect on large-breasted women, which can obscure the rest of their body and change the way their bodies appear.

Drew Barrymore also talked about the feelings of self-consciousness that she had in her original bust size. She talked about the undesired attention she got from a lot of people when she had larger breasts, which made her feel uncomfortable. Over a hundred thousand breast reduction surgeries were done in 2009 alone, so Drew Barrymore’s insecurities seem to be common.

Many other celebrities have undergone breast reduction surgery. For many of them, breast reduction was about removing their breast implants or correcting previous surgical errors. Drew Barrymore was a natural double D cup, and she made changes to herself in an age where people are not finished developing physically or psychologically.
